前不久，领藤邀请Catherine做客线下分享会，分享她是如何拿下哥大早申录取书，以及哪些特质帮助她在早申大军中突出重围。

Then with college essays, I would recommend researching and understanding what the universities are looking for in their students, and then keeping that in mind how you present yourself in your college essays.But on the other hand, do not changing yourself to fit in with that ideal student image because then you're ignoring your own unique and special qualities as an applicant.
关于大学文书，我建议你研究并了解大学对学生的要求，然后在大学文书中展示自己时牢记这一点。但另一方面，不要为了迎合理想的学生形象而改变自己，因为这样就会忽略自己作为申请者的独特性和特殊性。
And then my Lighten teachers were really very knowledgeable about what the universities are looking for in their students and so they helped me convey my story and who I am as a person in a way that would appeal to the university. Also, they looked at my areas of interest what I liked and really helped me focus in on my core area interest, which is anthropology that they also encouraged and pushed me to get to know this area better by doing activities and programs related to it.
我的领藤老师非常了解大学对学生的要求，因此他们帮助我用一种能够吸引大学的方式来表达我的故事和我是一个怎样的人。此外，他们还研究了我的兴趣领域，我喜欢什么，并真正帮助我专注于我的核心兴趣领域，即人类学，他们还鼓励并推动我通过开展相关活动和项目来更好地了解这一领域。
